Sheetmetal Defect Removal
For a Dutch manufacturer of sheet metal products, a control system has been built for the automatic detection of defect markings. The marked defects are detected on the material and automatically removed during the cutting of the sheets.
Contamination Detection
At a Dutch sheet metal supplier, a system was installed to detect paper shavings on the material. These need to be removed before the material passes through the rollers to prevent indentations on the surface.
